1. The equipment does not require electricity during the descent process. It actually descends using its own gravity. Simply press the 'downward' button to descend.
2. Check if the battery is charged and also check if the external power supply can be connected properly. The equipment cannot start if the battery is dead.
3. Check if the electrical switches are properly connected or have any contact issues. If everything is in good condition, the electrical system problem can be ruled out. If there are electrical issues, they can be repaired.
4. If the electromagnetic valve gets stuck, it can also cause the button to fail. If the problem is with the electromagnetic valve, first press the top rod of the electromagnetic to fully descend the lifting platform, then clean and replace the electromagnetic valve.
