In the daily use of the crawler scissor lift, situations such as oil leakage from the hydraulic pump and cylinder, wear of the sealing ring, and low pressure of the hydraulic pump are all precursors to the wear of the hydraulic pump. To address these issues, a series of improvements have been made to the hydraulic pump. What are the results?

1. Improve the design of the hydraulic system of the scissor lift platform. After multiple rounds of argumentation, an advanced priority valve and load sensing full hydraulic steering gear form were adopted. The new system can allocate flow to the steering gear according to the steering requirements, ensuring sufficient oil supply regardless of the load size or the speed of the steering wheel.

2. Optimize the design of the boom cylinder and the shape of the hydraulic pump to reduce the working pressure of the scissor lift platform system. Through optimized calculations, the boom cylinder adopts the standard series 80/4. The displacement of the hydraulic pump remains at 14ml/r, and the system's set pressure is 14MPa, meeting the requirements for the lifting force and speed of the boom cylinder.

3. During the use of the scissor lift platform pump station, attention should also be paid to the correct use and maintenance of the loader. Regularly add or replace the hydraulic oil, maintain the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, and strengthen daily inspection and maintenance.
